Couples looking for a great stay!
The staff was friendly and very capable, making us feel at home right away! ! Also, breakfast was diverse, with amazing fresh coffee and a variety of pastries to choose from. It truly started our days off right.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still affordable for what we got.

The place has a lovely historical vibe, and I appreciated its proximity to central attractions. It was just a short walk to the renowned Piazza del Duomo and other sites. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was quite satisfying. However, there was no lift, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, which affected my overall comfort a bit.

Hotel Mario’s impressed me with its fantastic cleanliness. The room sparkled, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a lovely variety, with delicious pastries and fresh options that I really enjoyed every morning. The staff stood out as exceptionally friendly and helpful. Isabella, our hostess, made us feel at home immediately. Unfortunately, I had an unfortunate situation when my wallet was stolen. However, Leonardo, the owner, went above and beyond to assist us, showcasing true care and hospitality. The location was superb, right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore the city. My only concern was the noise level from the street at peak times, but the air conditioning worked well to keep the room comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor issues that did not overshadow the great experience.

The location offered excellent proximity to major attractions, just a short walk to the Duomo and train station. Breakfast stood out for its variety and quality, complemented by friendly staff who provided a welcoming atmosphere. However, a couple of rooms may have limited space, and noise from nearby restaurants can occasionally disrupt the peace. Additionally, while the cleanliness was commendable, some common areas showed wear and could benefit from updates.

Amazing breakfast with freshly baked croissants—bellissimo! The staff are friendly and make you feel like family. The place is spotless and in a primo location for exploring Florence.
Only one electrical outlet for kettle and fridge, but everything else felt cozy and well-maintained. Just avoid overpacking if you're heading to the small bathroom!

My stay at Mario's was delightful! The cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff added charm to my visit. I admired its antique décor, but the narrow bathroom presented a minor challenge. The breakfast spread was satisfying, perfectly fueling my art exploration around Florence.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the city and visited the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo. The breakfast was locally made and a great start to our day. The staff were friendly and super helpful, making our stay feel welcoming. Overall, it’s a great spot for buddies traveling together.
Finding the hotel entrance was tricky after dark, and my friends’ room was noisy due to the restaurant below. The bathroom could’ve been bigger, but it was clean.
